		The Company: CMUK Visual Safety Ltd. The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on these terms and conditions alone. The Company’s sales representatives have no authority to make any representation or promise on the Company’s behalf or to vary these terms and conditions. Prices: Unless expressly stated to be firm for a specified period, the Company reserves the right to take account of cost increases since the date of the quotation. The Company reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated. Credit: The Company will agree to issue The Customer with credit subject to The Customer’s status. Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer will agree to pay The Company the full invoice amount within 30 days from date of invoice Returns: The Company will supply the Customer with products on the understanding that the Customer will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied. In the event of a product not meeting the Customer’s requirements, it must be returned to the Company in an unused and resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery. A returns note (supplied when the company dispatches the goods) must be completed by the Customer and returned with the products. In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties. Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. The Company reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights Online Product Images and Descriptions: The products supplied by the Company may differ slightly from images reproduced on the website. In such an event, the product supplied by the Company will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use. Overseas Orders: The Company reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis. Error & Omissions Excepted.
