What size knee support do I need?

Place your foot on a flat surface, bending your knee at a 120° angle. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your knee (hold it on the center of your kneecap).

How to use the product?

Step into the support through the opening, making sure that the wider side with the logo is facing upwards and the helix design is at the front. Pull it up your leg and over your knee until the Motion-Comfort-Zone rests at the back of your knee.

How to care for your product?

You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Everyday Supports Knee Support, Closed Patella using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
