Most products listed on our website are stocked products which will be dispatched using the couriers UPS and Royal Mail, depending on the weight, size, and content of the goods.
Any orders which exceed 2kg in weight will be dispatched using the courier UPS. Once your order has been dispatched you should automatically receive an email, which will provide you with the tracking number to allow you to view the order status during transit.
Orders which are lower than 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail. Although a tracking number is not emailed to you for this delivery service, a tracking number will be generated against your order, so please contact our customer service team should you require an update for your order.
Should you require a refund please contact our friendly customer service team via telephone or email to discuss your request further. You should then be provided with further guidance on how we will proceed with your individual case.
