- Place the hot & cold pack in the pouch on the back and then fasten with the velcro straps for immediate and effective treatment of sprain, bruises and strains
- Protects the user from heat or freeze burns as well as cross contamination
- Small holder - use on knees, ankles or wrists
- Large holder - use on calves, thighs or forearms
- Use with Koolpak packs for the best results
