Benedict’s Law, part of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill, will apply to schools from September 2026, with allergy policies, spare adrenaline devices and anaphylaxis training expected to become standard practice. Under the latest draft statutory guidance, secondary schools should stock two to four 300mcg emergency AAIs in pairs, as 150mcg devices are intended for children aged 6 and under.

Comply with the Department of Health's guidance on school AAIs, which states that ‘AAIs must be kept in a safe and suitably central location accessible to all staff at all times but out of the reach of children. They must not be locked away in a restricted cupboard or office and should be located no more than five minutes away from where they may be needed.’

  • Create an easy to identify and accessible point to ensure your AAI Kit is 'available for use at all times' in your school
  • All-in-one solution for safely storing, clearly identifying, and quickly accessing adrenaline auto-injectors (AAIs) during anaphylactic emergencies - keeping them organised, visible, and always within reach
  • Designed for secondary schools to hold up to 4 emergency AAIs with clear age-specific dosage labelling, helping support draft statutory guidance recommending paired 300mcg devices for settings where all pupils are aged above 6.
  • Keep life-saving medication on-site - studies estimate that 40-50% of allergy sufferers do not regularly carry their AAI device - holding backup or emergency devices can saves lives
  • Supports safer allergy management - makes it easier for staff and responders to access emergency AAIs if a reaction occurs nearby
  • Compatible with separately sold AAIs - easily add adrenaline auto-injectors to your kit, with typical expiry dates ranging from 9-18 months
  • Meet your duty of care for less - provide life-saving access without stretching your budget
  • Compact and portable - easy to transport or relocate between high-risk areas
  • Point is wall mountable, supplied with wall fixings and is made from durable 2mm rigid plastic
  • Please note: this product may be subject to a 3-5 day lead time
  • Please note this kit is for AAI storage and information purposes only - AAIs must be purchased separately. View our range of stocked Anaphylaxis Kits with AAIs here. There is designated space for backup/emergency AAIs to be added, but these should not be mixed with pupil’s own prescribed medication.
