What size knee support do I need?

Place your foot on a flat surface, bending your knee at a 120° angle. Measure the circumference of your leg at the centre of your kneecap.

How to use the product?

Slide your foot into your Actimove Arthritis Care Knee Support with the care label facing upwards and pull it up onto your knee. Adjust the top of the support on the bottom of your thigh until comfortable, ensuring the Flex-Zone covers your knee.

How to care for your product?

You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Everyday Supports Knee Support, Closed Patella using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
